Always on the lookout for interesting collectible pins. I was able to purchased a collection of vintage European communist pins, Russia, Romania, East Germany, and more.
They cover sports, transportation, rockets, Cold War politics, fairs, travel and more. The pins are from the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s, and a few are older.

The little gold tone metal pin badge is highlighted by colorful enamel.
On the back it is signed: PMS ARAD
This oval topped stick pin features the representations of the Romanian Flag with the Hammer & Sickle flag of Communist Russia.
It states, Ani 30 XII 1947-1957 R.P.R / Ten Year Anniversary of the RPR (
Romanian Peoples Republic 1947?1965).
It could be used as a lapel pin, hat pin, vest badge or displayed.
This small pin is approximately 1 1/8 inches.
