Twirl it antique Trade stimulator game machine

this is an antique trade stimulator, called Twirl it. It was made by Harry Harper and associates Inc. of Minneapolis Minnesota. It operates on a penny. It seems to work well, although I am not sure what the skill lever does. I couldn’t find any info on this machine. The cabinet is in good shape, with a few dings. The spinning wheels are in very nice shape. It measures 13 1/2 by 13 1/2 x 4” high. I can pack and ship this to any of the lower 48 states for .
