The initials on the coin holder of this item is FDJ or t
he Free German Youth, also known as the FDJ. The youth movement in Germany was formerly the official youth movement of the German Democratic Republic and the Socialist Unity Party of Germany. (I was curious so provided what I found but isn't verified, and not sure why noted on the sleeve)
