I have had very good results in mailing First Class packages Internationally.
In the last two hundred Nasopures shipped Internationally, only to were lost.
Four took a very long time to arrive, but they did finally reach the Buyer.
The risk of the package not arriving or being damaged shall be the
responsibility of the Buyer.    But, if a package does not arrive, I will
"work with you" in getting another one to. What I did before when the
one package never arrived, is that the Buyer and I split the loss, and I mailed
him another one for 1/2 of the original price plus shipping.
To my knowledge, there are no customs fee in most countries for items of this
type and price range, but if there are, it would be your responsibility to to pay this.
