Happy Charley Punch Board with Bell activated Holder

Another punch board I don't know anything about.  I don't know what you punch out but whatever it is, it goes into a drawer at the bottom and you pull the piece of wood with the finger hole in it at the bottom.  When you do that, it must release whatever has been punched out.  It has a fairly elaborate bell system that rings when the ring is pulled.  It measures 15 1/2" tall and 15" wide.  I will ship and you will only be charged actual shipping cost plus what eBay takes.
