You are bidding on a very rare Phoenix Brewery
Buffalo, NY
Roulette Wheel Glass Tip Tray Point of sale item.  These were used as trade stimulators in cigar stores.  Spin the ball and either win money or cigars.  Very hard item to find!!  There is a very small, 1/4" hair line crack in the top of the rim and it looks like a manufacturer's defect in the very center of the piece.  Looks like a hair got into the molten glass mixture.  Please look at all pictures closely.
