baby shower "Baby Cake" one tier diaper cake towel, diapers vintage, never used

Description

This charming "cake" is hand-made of a hooded towel, washcloths and Luv diapers. It is about 10" in diameter and 5" high and sits on a paper plate.  It has tiny flowers as decorations. It was made years ago for a church fair but has been stored since then in my smoke-free home.  Cute centerpiece for a baby shower.
