This bit is from the team up of Professional's choice and Kenda Lenseigne, a champion mounted shooter and trainer. This 5" KLB-101 Leverage Shank Chain link bit is new with tags.  This bit is a limited edition bit and offered for far less here than elsewhere! Per Kenda:
I use this long leverage bit with a horse that has a tendency to lose collection and rate by hollowing out its back, rooting in the bridle and becoming strung out. The long shanks help a strong-mouthed horse stay gathered on its hip while maintaining a collected headset and offers rate and speed control when it's needed most. The chain mouthpiece is soft and flexible, conforming to the horse's mouth and applies mild tongue and bar pressure. The addition of the copper links gives the mouthpiece more points of tongue pressure than a standard chain mouthpiece. The copper also helps to keep a horse's mouth moist. Mouth: 5.5" , Cheek: 9.5".
