  • Country/Region of Manufacture: United States
  • Detailed Description: See Below
  • Type: Encased Coin
  • Modified Item: Yes
  • Condition: I would grade the coin itself as a good very fine or better while the casing would grade as about very fine or better. The aluminum casing has some wear but the inscription is all there and very readable with considerable wear. The piece was obviously on someone's key chain as evidenced by the wear at the hole in the bottom. The cent itself would grade as a good very fine or better with well preserved details and wear commensurate with its age and use. It has some wear to the high point, some minor scratches and dings from circulation, but retains some of its original luster. Please view scan for additional condition information and to appreciate the beauty of this encased cent.
